Comment by 8691. To gain Bloodsasil rep, kill Booty Bay Guards, but be warned, you lose rep with ALL goblin cities. The rewards of becoming friendly are a pirate hat. I reccommend that if you do do this, grind the Bloodsail as soon as you finish to get your BB rep back.
