I was able to get it to run in 1920×1080, by doing the following: I added “windowed” without quotes to the launch options, ran the game, I was able to change the resolution to 1920×1080, saved the setting, then exited. Removed the windowed from the launch options and voila, game now runs in 1920×1080.
